Duncan Ferguson’s first Everton team features two changes from the side which started at Liverpool in midweek.
Theo Walcott returns after illness and Morgan Schneiderlin is back in the Blues midfield following a foot injury.
Centre-back Yerry Mina is missing with a hamstring injury.
Frenchman Schneiderlin appears set to partner captain Gylfi Sigurdsson in the centre of the park.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin continues up front with support from the attacking trio of Walcott, Richarlison and Alex Iwobi.
Everton revert to a back-four, Djibril Sidibe and Lucas Digne occupying the full-back positions and Englishmen Michael Keane and Mason Holgate paired in the middle of defence.
Jordan Pickford starts in goal.
Oumar Niasse is included in an Everton matchday squad for the first time this season.
The Senegalese is joined on the bench by fellow attackers Cenk Tosun, Moise Kean and Bernard.
Tom Davies, Leighton Baines and goalkeeper Maarten Stekelenburg are also included among Everton’s substitutes.
