Everton are considering replacing Marco Silva with Ajax boss Erik ten Hag, according to a report from 90min. The Toffees have slipped to 18th in the Premier League table after a run of four straight defeats, and pressure is seriously beginning to mount on the Portuguese. Fans have been growing frustrated with the lack of quality on the pitch, and the team’s haul of just seven points from eight games is hugely underwhelming after considerable investment in new players in the summer. While Silva struggles, ten Hag is working wonders over in the Netherlands. The 49-year-old has been in charge at Ajax since December 2017 and has delivered three major trophies for the club including a league title in 2018/19. Last term he also guided the Dutch giants to a Champions League semi-final, and the tactician has been lauded for instilling an exciting brand of attacking football in a young team. Apparently Toffees director of football Marcel Brands has ten Hag at the top of his wish list.

Lol, are we really looking at replacements or is it just the papers pulling our plonker again?
The Eredivisie is an awful league, and Ajax are the best team in it.
The guy has zero experience at a high level.
