Everton are already looking to send Cenk Tosun back to Besiktas in January, according to reports. The striker is out until November.
This comes from CNN Turk. They claim that Everton have offered Tosun to Besiktas, the club they signed him from in January 2018. Tosun played 142 games for the club, scoring 64 goals

West Bromwich Albion manager Sam Allardyce is keen to be reunited with Everton striker Cenk Tosun in the January transfer window, according to reports from Sky Sports.
Allardyce signed Tosun from Besiktas for £27m when he was managing Everton in January 2018, and wants him at West Brom as he looks to keep Baggies in the Premier League.
Tosun is out of favour under Carlo Ancelotti who prefers Dominic Calvert-Lewin as the club’s first-choice striker. Allardyce wants Tosun to join him at The Hawthorns to bolster his strike force.
The report claims that Allardyce is looking to sign the 29-year-old on loan, with an option to make the move permanent next summer if they avoid relegation.

Cenk Tosun has told a Turkish TV station that he will not return to play in Turkey this season, after being linked with Besiktas, but he will decide on his future with Everton in the coming weeks.
Tosun told Tivibu TV: “I will make a decision in a period of two to three weeks. Will I stay here and fight the form, or whether I will be hired to a club, score my goals again and go to Euro 2020, it will be clear in a few weeks.
“We have two strikers with me and Calvert-Lewin, my transfer depends on the club. Ancelotti said that he trusts me very much. If I get a chance to play in two or three weeks, I'll make my own way.”
