No ticket upgrades will be available on the day of the fixture.

The Everton Fan Centre will be open 10am-3pm on the day of the fixture to deal with any ticket queries and can be contacted on 0871 663 1878.

Travel and Parking

By Car

Southampton Football Club advises all supporters not to travel by car into the surrounding areas of the stadium. Due to parking restrictions operating on a matchday, it is recommended that supporters use the following local city council car parks:

- Bedford Place multi-storey car park – SO15 2QW
- Grosvenor Square multi-storey car park – SO15 2GR
- West Park Road multi-storey car park – SO15 1AP
- Marlands multi-storey car park – SO15 1BA
- Eastgate multi-storey car park – SO14 3HH

Southampton Football Club reserve five disabled car parking spaces for away supporters adjacent to the turnstile you enter. You must be a Blue Badge holder and there will be NO admission to the car park within 40 minutes of kick-off due to closures put in place. Please call the Operations Department on 02380 711966 in advance to secure a parking space.

By Rail

The nearest train station to St Mary’s Stadium is Southampton Central Railway Station (SO15 1AL) and is only a 20-minute walk away. Follow the brown signs with a walking man and a football symbol which are situated in different locations around the city centre to reach the ground.

By Bus/Taxi

There is an option to use the bus stop and taxi rank outside the train station. If you are catching a bus you will require either the 8A (First Buses) or 18 (BlueStar Buses) which will pick you up at Bus Stop SA.

Coach Parking

There is free parking for away supporters who are travelling either by official supporters' coaches, private coaches or minibus on Britannia Road (SO14 5FP). Please note, although Britannia Road is restricted by a road closure 90 minutes before kick-off, you can still gain access to this area. Coaches and minibuses are advised to enter via the roundabout where Marine Parade meets Britannia Road.

Supporters should board their coach or minibus immediately after the final whistle. This will assist Southampton Football Club in releasing the road closure as soon as deemed safe to get you on your way home as quickly and safely as possible.

Stadium

Everton supporters will be seated in the Northern Stand. Refreshment bars will be open inside the stadium. The stadium opens 90 minutes before the game.

It takes about half an hour walk to St Mary’s from Southampton Central station – just follow the pedestrian signs to follow the stadium. Look for the shortcut on Northam Road just as you pass across the railway bridge. The pedestrian walkway crosses the railway and brings you out at the corner of the Northern Stand.

As you approach from the other direction, the Northam Stand is off Britannia Road, on the side nearest the gasometers. There are public toilets just outside the away gate entrance.

Food & Refreshments

The city centre offers a number of cafes and restaurants for hungry visitors. As well as food being available inside the ground. Alcohol is not permitted at seats or outside of designated areas.

SAFETY ANNOUNCEMENT

Everton Football Club does not condone the use of pyrotechnics whatsoever those found using them either home or away will be subject of action by the Club and the Police. Being convicted of using them could also result in a jail sentence that is how seriously the matter is being treated by courts across the country. As a Club we would also impose an indefinite ban on anyone caught using pyrotechnics. Apart from the risk of a ban or conviction the devices have a serious effect on others, particularly those with breathing difficulties and the disabled in wheelchairs who cannot easily get away from the smoke.

During the season 2015/16, we have noticed an increase of persistent group “bouncing”, culminating in beer being thrown in the air. This has happened on both home and away concourses and would stress has only involved a very small minority of fans.

This has resulted in both the Club and the Police receiving complaints from supporters who have become soaked in beer. As we are sure you will agree this is anti-social behaviour and people should not have to put up with this. As a consequence, both the Club, Merseyside Police and supporter’s groups have discussed how this should be addressed.

Firstly, both the Club and the Police want to make it clear that we want ALL our supporters to enjoy their day and we understand that this may include singing and an element of “bouncing” as a group.

However, a decision has been made that should home or away fans participate in the throwing of alcohol in any area of the stadium, they will be dealt with by Match Day Stewards with the full support of Merseyside Police Officers. This could culminate with an ejection from the ground or potentially an arrest, dependent on the specific circumstances.
This season, you will see more stewards and Police Officers on the concourse, who will provide early advice should a situation look like it is getting out of control.

Please continue to enjoy the match but we ask that you also consider other supporters and how they will be affected by your behavior and we ask for your support in this.
