Things have gone from bad to worse for Everton striker Sandro Ramirez after he suffered an injury on the training ground with loan side Real Sociedad, according to Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo.
The 23-year-old Spaniard had been hoping that his loan move to the La Liga side would reignite his career, which has taken a huge spiral south since moving to Merseyside from Malaga in the summer of 2017.

Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo have claimed any chance of loan side Real Sociedad signing Everton striker Sandro Ramirez have “dissipated”, meaning Ramirez is set to return Goodison Park.
The 23-year-old flopped at Everton after moving to Merseyside for £5.2million (Mail) in the summer of 2017. He managed just one goal in 16 appearances, before being sent on loan to Sevilla.
He failed to score in 18 appearances for the La Liga outfit. His lack of goals did not deter Real Sociedad, who decided to sign him on a loan-to-buy deal last summer.
But after 26 appearances, Ramirez has failed to score a single goal for the Spanish side. Because of that, any hope Ramirez may have had of landing a permanent deal with Sociedad, has “dissipated”.
It looks as though Ramirez may have to return to Everton. He has a contract at Goodison Park until the summer of 2021.

Sandro Ramirez is in talks over returning to La Liga for a third consecutive season. The 23-year-old spent back-to-back campaigns in his homeland after failing to impress at Everton following a £5.2 million move from Malaga in summer 2017.
He failed to find the target in 26 outings for Real Sociedad and endured a similarly barren spell during a half-season loan with Sevilla in 2017/18.
But reports in Spain suggest that the out-of-favour Blues striker could be offered another lifeline away from Merseyside in the form of Real Valladolid.
