Stoke 3-1 West BromStoke avoided slipping into the relegation zone with victory over West Brom - only their second win in nine Premier League games. Joe Allen smartly poked home in the first half, before setting up Choupo-Moting, who scored Stoke's second on the stroke of half-time. Salomon Rondon's early second-half strike wasn't enough to mount a comeback for West Brom and Ramadan Sobhi rubbed salt into the wounds with the final kick of the game to become Stoke's youngest ever Premier League goalscorer. The visitors were relentless after the break - creating numerous half chances - including a Jonny Evans header, a glimpse at goal for Jay Rodriguez and a last-ditch effort from Rondon. Ultimately, it was not enough as Stoke overcame the pressure to ensure West Brom have now gone 18 games without a win. Nacer Chadli, who was introduced at half-time, limped off with an injury only 15 minutes into the second-half to cap off another disappointing afternoon for Alan Pardew's side. Victory for Stoke will go some way in easing the pressure off Mark Hughes, who is currently tipped to become the Premier League's next managerial casualty. BBC
