NATHAN PATTERSON has revealed he's crossing his fingers for positive injury news.
The full-back was cruelly forced off injured in the early stages of the 3-0 win over Ukraine at Hampden.
The Scotland defender, 20, went down after 22 minutes before being stretchered off due to the injury issue in the Nations League match.
Patterson then had to withdraw from the Scotland squad ahead of the matches against Ireland and Ukraine in the international break.
But he's now suggested it's "so far, so good" as he admitted he's waiting for injury confirmation in the coming week.
Sharing a shot of himself after the injury blow, Patterson commented: "My face whenever I miss a game.
"So far, so good and keeping fingers crossed for positive news this week.
"Good luck to the @scotlandnt boys tonight"
It's reported Patterson will find out the full diagnosis of his injury when he's checked on Tuesday. But another report claimed the injury is not as bad as first feared.
