this is a joke , our transfer negotiating policy needs an overhaul , could of sorted this weeks ago rather than barter to the extent that swansea refuse to deal with us We really need to get in a proper team of transfer negotiators as it's looking like amauter hour at the comedy club.

The season is long and the window is open for a while. If we can do the rest of our business before the International break it won't be such a bad thing, as trying to gel a brand new team, with the fixtures we have could prove our downfall, so it might be a good thing if he comes in late rather than early.

Either the board won't buy Sigurdsson until we've sold Barkley or they can't agree a price and I don't understand why agreeing a price would take so long. How many meetings do people need?

If they get him at a lower price they must be good? My only moan is that it's out in the public, and obvious we don't want to invest in the squad.
