I'm starting to dislike him. Some of the things he posted on line are just disrespectful to Everton fans.

Deep down I have a feeling he's already sold and we've been spending the proceeds. What do you know? Anything else? I have seen reports saying the Chelsea board do not want to spend the amount we are asking for Maybe they sold him in the first place for a reason. It would have looked insane to buy him back for 3 times what they sold him for.

90M is a hell of a lot of money which we can reinvest into the squad. We would need a few strikers to spread the goals around. We've had 4 years of Lukaku and from day one he's blabbed on about leaving so I've never had any affinity with him. I have a problem with selling your best, and re-investing, and I'll explain my logic: I was once had a very expensive guitar, and everybody loved it. I was offered 2 expensive guitars and an amp for it, which seemed a great deal, so I excepted, but when I played the 2 guitars and used the amp, it just wasn't the same. It gave me a bigger collection, and more options, just like more squad players, but I no longer had that quality guitar, just like Everton will no longer have that quality player. In hindsight, I should have kept the quality guitar. I understand what your're saying but if he's adamant he wants to leave then we have to get the most amount of money we can from him. I think Everton have done really well. Basically, we said either someone puts up 90M or he stays (but ultimately leaves for less).

Yeah, it's a mute point now as he's 100% leaving, so my 'keep him' stance goes out of the window. Can't believe how nasty some fans have been though.
