My Post-match Chat for Spurs 3 Toffees 2 Please feel free to comment Thanks for sharing. If you want feedback, I think the section with you in it needs to be bigger. You'll get better at it as time goes by but maybe be more upbeat. The successful channels tend to have big personalities, so you might want to practise in the mirror to help project your personality. Good though.

My Post-match Chat for Spurs 3 Toffees 2 Please feel free to comment Great stuff. Hard to give too much feedback until we've seen a few more, but what I will advise from my experience of promoting such things as ToffeeTV for example, is that there is a cut off point with fans, where attention switches from the "Last game" to the "Next game". Therefore to get the best percentage of viewers, I suggest trying to get your Preview videos out no later than Monday evening, and then your Review videos out no later than Thursday (based on Saturday games). That way, you get about a 3 day promotion window for each video, before attention switches to the next game. Excellent effort - keep them coming.

Thank you, so say for the West Brom match I would have previewed on Monday and reviewed the Spurs game on Thursday?

The other way around, so for simplicity, let's pretend that every game is on a Saturday. Review = before a game Preview = After a game After the game, you need to get your review video done asap, because by the time Wednesday comes, nobody cares anymore and you've lost the opportunity. Midweek is when fans care 'least' about football, and social media is at it's quietest, so the earlier you get your review done, the better. Fans start thinking about the next game come Thursday evening, so your Preview needs to be ready, if you want it to have the longest shelf life, as come game day, it's irrelevant. Each video you do is good for a few days only, so timing is crucial. Think of it like a fresh sandwich - serve it when fans are hungriest as nobody wants a stale sandwich, nor do they want one too early after their last meal. When are they hungriest? Saturday - Game Day Sunday - Still hungry Monday - Reasonably hungry Tuesday - Not really interested anymore Wednesday - Nobody cares Thursday - Any interest is now with next game Friday - Hungry again Saturday morning - Hungriest If it were me, I'd do my Preview for the next game anytime Wednesday onwards, and my review Sunday, or Monday at the latest.
