“I’m a direct player, I feel like I can bring excitement in the final third and this is the perfect place for me to continue my education and development.”

Josh played his first game for Everton u23's in a pre-season friendly against Flint Town on 8th July 2017.

In 2018-19 the under 23 team went on to win both the Premier League 2 league title and the Premier League Cup.

On 18th July 2019, Everton announced that Josh had signed a 1 year contract extension, and would join Hull City on loan for the 2019-20 season.

Josh left Everton at the end of the 2020-21 season.
