Chantelle, or Chaney as she is known around the club, was immediately drafted into the first team despite being just 17 years old.
It charts a remarkable rise for the forward, who has only featured a handful of times for the reserves after graduating through Everton’s Centre of Excellence.
Capable of playing up front, Chaney has had an impact playing on the left wing, where her pace complements fellow youngster Nikita Parris on the other flank.
Also a terrific leaper, she bagged her first goal for the seniors in a 2-2 draw with Doncaster Rovers Belles.
She is also a regular member of Mo Marley’s England Under-19 squad and helped them reach the European Championship finals coming up in Wales.
Chaney signed a one year professional contract with Everton Ladies in September 2017.
On 3rd July 2019, Everton announced that Chantelle had signed a new 1 year deal with the club. On Friday 12th June 2020, she extended her contract by another year, until June 2021.
On 14th June 2021, Chaney disclosed her time at Everton had come to an end. We wish her all the very best for the future.
