Hello all, from a very depressing (football wise) South London. I have come straight to the Love Everton Forum as we know over on our site (holmesdale.net) you are a lovely bunch of people. I would like some advice on tickets please for the Sunderland game at Goodison in February as my 8 year old nephew is a massive Everton Fan, and for his joint birthday and christmas present I would love to send him to his first ever match with his dad. I was amazed at how reasonable the prices were on the official site, but obviously the Sunderland tickets are not released yet. Is it worth the risk of waiting until they are released or do they get snapped up fast? If so I would have to look at buying elsewhere at a premium. Advice would be much appreciated and also any recomendations on any local hotels around there so they can made a day of it. Sorry we have been a very dire team over the last year and haven't managed to be the perennial party poopers for that lot across the park. Merry Christmas to you all

Welcome mate. Tickets do go fast . mostly season ticket holders , then i think to Foreverton members , then general sale. The Sunderland game isn't until 25TH Feb , so the ticket info will probably be on the website at the end of Jan. As for hotels have a look here = www.booking.com/landmark/gb/everton-football-club.en-gb.htmlR.T.

Thanks RT. I will keep on the main site until the end of Jan and see if I can get something on the general release. I saw a deal on Thomas cook sport for £99 per person including a night at the Holiday in on Albert Dock, I thought that was reasonable until they add the cost of the ticket on at the end £100 each! £400 is very steep.
shame Bolasie is crocked, I would have loved by nephew seeing him play as he was one of my favourites at Selhurst.

Hi matey, and welcome. Hope all your fans on Holmesdale have a great Christmas. We had a Palace fan on here 3in11 who was very dear to us, but he disappeared from the Internet overnight ( from your forum too) so fear the worst for him, but he was a smashing lad. Ticket wise, if you're attending as Everton fans, why not consider buying a ForEverton membership for about £20 for adults £10 for kids, which will give you a small window to purchase before they go on general sale?

Thank you sir, much appreciated!, i will definitely do that, Palace do the same in terms of membership and I think for £30 for the pair of them it is worth it for the chance of getting him tickets earlier. I just checked 3 in 11 on the holmesdale and he hasn't posted for about 13 months, known as red blue yellow on our site. Sometimes people do take a break without warning as they have enough and want a change. I will definitely ask his friends on there if they know of his wellbeing. Given his username on here he was probably relating to our win rate in late 2015. He's probably waiting for 2016 to end so he can change it to 6 in 38 or something. I will certainly report back here as soon as I hear anything.
