Koeman To Assess YoungstersRonald Koeman is using the international break to take a closer look at some of Everton’s youngsters. The majority of the senior squad are currently away with their countries, meaning a reduced number of first-team players at Finch Farm. So Koeman has decided to supplement the group with a number of David Unsworth’s Under-23 squad. “The international break is always a quiet time,” said the Blues boss. “We have had a few training sessions this week but the team is only about five or six players. It is difficult because you like to have a bigger squad to train. “But from Monday onwards we will include some Under-23s players and that will give us a bigger group. “Then lets hope that all the international players come back on Thursday without any problems ahead of the weekend.” Despite the limitations of a smaller group, work continues apace to prepare the Toffees for a return to Goodison Park when Swansea City are the visitors on 19 November. Once again, sell-out support at home - the sixth successive capacity crowd - will roar Everton on and Koeman knows a performance is needed after the loss to Chelsea last time out. “Of course, we have been able to count on the home support,” he added. “When you play at home you need to feel comfortable. “We have a lot of good results at home and after the defeat against Chelsea, what we need to give the fans is a good reaction and three points.”

It's hard to say, as unless you get down to Southport you'll rarely see them, but you can get some info on them here in our profile section: loveevertonforum.com/page/everton-profilesThey tend to be the higher profile ones. Also there are highlights after every match in our u23 section.
