West Brom v Everton team news: Bolasie, Williams and Lukaku all on the benchKoeman names unchanged line-up at the HawthornsEverton are unchanged from the starting XI that earned a draw on the opening day of the season against Spurs. New signings Ashley Williams and Yannick Bolasie are on the bench alongside Romelu Lukaku, who only trained for the first time this week on Thursday morning. Ronald Koeman once again looks like he will favour a 3-5-2 formation with Mason Holgate starting alongside Phil Jagielka and Ramiro Funes Mori. Seamus Coleman’s injury means James McCarthy is required at right-wing back for the second game running. Gerard Deulofeu and Kevin Mirallas, whose fitness levels came in for criticism from Koeman, are given another chance today but Lukaku and Bolasie are waiting in the wings if required. Liv Echo

Our strikers are a laughing stock. We've bought Niasse and he was one of our biggest transfers and now he's been told he has to leave if he wants to play football. We have Kone who is getting rich while watching the games for free in the stands, and Lukaku who can't stop blabbing to the press. It's time for Koeman to shake it up. Yet we have 15 left backs, 94 def mid and no reserve striker or right back Maybe he'll sort that out next week. I think we'll sign Joe Hart.
