Man City weighing up £20m plus Bony offer: Striker could secure Stones deal with Everton MANCHESTER CITY could sacrifice Wilfried Bony in a player-plus-cash deal to land Everton's John Stones this summer, according to reports. Incoming City manager Pep Guardiola is keen to sign 22-year-old Stones ahead of next season. But a move is proving difficult, with Everton standing firm on their refusal to sell unless a suitor meets their £45million valuation of the England international. City are working on a solution to the standoff, with officials considering using Bony as a makeweight in a deal. According to the report, City could offer £20m plus Bony for the centre-back. And that agreement would only come off if Everton sell star striker Romelu Lukaku to make room for Bony's arrival. Bony joined City after an impressing spell at Swansea for £28m in January 2015 but has largely struggled during his time at the Etihad Stadium. Guardiola is understood to be eying his own forward recruits this summer and the Spaniard may welcome a deal to axe Bony. However, Everton boss Ronald Koeman's main priority is to keep Lukaku and City must reportedly wait and see how that situation pans out before offering up the Ivory Coast striker. Manchester United, Chelsea, Juventus and Real Madrid have all been linked with Lukaku but no bids are expected until the Belgian's Euro 2016 campaign comes to an end. Source : Express

Bony was good at Swansea so if we sold Lukaku he'd be an ok signing but I think we could probably tempt them to sell him for about 12 mill so not sure I'd want to trade players. Give us Aguero then definitely.

No thanks. Cash upfront or no Deal They have loads of quality players that I'd swap him for but Bony isn't proving himself lately.
