Start to make my very first Christmas Cake this evening.... cake with icing or a pudding? my mam used to make a cake occasionally back then, and the icing used to be like a brick it was so thick, you should post a few pictures

Cartilage? or just old age And the crutches look new. Not like the ones given to me recently Yeah, torn cartilage in both knees, plus a bit of arthritis. Apparently they said it was too far gone to repair what ever it was they were repairing, so they just took it out. I'll get over this one and no doubt have to do it all again on the other leg. It made me laugh as they drew an arrow on my left leg to highlight which knee was being operated on. I've only 2 legs, so they have a 50/50 to start with, and fairly sure a surgeon knows his left from his right ......... or do they? Recently had op on left shoulder, despite arrow being drawn on right ankle. If the don't know difference between ankle and shoulder why would they know left from right????? Hope you get mobile and pain free soon

Cheers man. Thigh feels like it's been hit with a sledgehammer but just stiff and swollen knee wise. Funny about the arrow on the ankle ha ha. I hope it was your shoulder they were supposed to operate on?
