One of your guys just posted on the BlueMoon forum asking for our our opinions on the game, and you are right ot an extent. We are apprehensive, and for good reason. On the back of two games where we have conceded 3 in each, a goalkeeper under fire from criticism, how could it get any worse? Oh yes, with our next game being against our bogey team! In fairness, anyone would struggle against Bayern Munich, but nonetheless, our players came under question following that result, mostly Joe Hart, who it would now seem might be dropped in place of Costel Pantilimon to give him a kick up the arse. However our second choice keeper against a team so far unbeaten in the league? Risky. Changes expected for the game on Saturday, mainly Zabaleta for Richards, Pantilimon for Hart and Negredo for Dzeko. Likelihood of Fernandinho as well - not fit to fill Barry's boots! You've got a top player who can cover the back four for you very well there. We're mighty relieved he's not up against us. However you do have another number 17 with an aerial threat to cause us further headaches, and who is fit to fill the boots of Tim Cahill in Romelu Lukaka. However, despite the pessimism I've just posted, City fans in general are in optimistic mood. We're at the beginning of what we hope is a long Pellegrini reign, before our last 2 results we had great wins over Wigan, the Red Scum and Plzen and a lot of faith we're heading in the right direction. The game at the weekend will certainly be an interesting one. I'm going to go for a 2-2 draw. Negredo and Toure for City, Barkley and Lukaka for Everton. Hope this has been insightful. A warm welcome lightershadeofblue, and a great first post mate. I used to know a great guy who posted as Darker Shade of Blue on your forum until he became a little disheartened, but that's a whole new story. I think the City / Everton game is now an eagerly anticipated one from both sides, and always a great match. We are a slightly different team to last season, playing a slightly different style, and there are positives and negatives to be had as expected, but overall our performances are improving. Hope to hear more from you mate.

I watched your game last night like many others, and thought your goalie could have done better, even if BM are a good side. We will be a similar opponent, in our style regarding quick passing and possession, so I can see it being all about who ever takes their chances as it will be an open game. I think you have some good players, but the Prem is a big wake up call for them, and your new boss. I don't know what team we will put out, but for sure it will be very attacking, if the majority are fit, so might not be the best time to play your other goalie. Lots of goals in this one.

Are Evertonians allowed back on that forum now?
