TICKETS Supporters are advised not to travel unless they are in possession of a valid match ticket. No ticket upgrades will be available on the day of the fixture.
Should you have any ticket queries on the day, the Fan Centre will be open Saturday 13 April from 10-3pm. Please call before 3pm via 0151 556 1878.
There will also be a team of Everton Travel Stewards at the stadium to help with any issues that may arise whilst you are there.
COACH AND MOTORWAY DIRECTIONS North: Take the M1 or M40 and exit at the M25 junction towards Heathrow. Exit on to the M4 (London bound). Continue along this road, which then becomes the A4. Continue along the A4 where you will come to a roundabout.
Continue along the A4 (which bears to the left) and take the Hammersmith exit just before the flyover. Continue along this road for a couple of hundred meters where you will reach Hammersmith Broadway.
Turn on to the Broadway and take the sixth exit (Fulham Palace Road). Travel south along Fulham Palace Road through traffic lights (Shell garage on Right). As you travel south with cemetery on your left there will be stewards on the right between Inglethorpe Street and Harbord Street.
West: Take the M4 towards London, this will then become the A4 – then follow the directions above.
East: From the A2 or A202 over Vauxhall Bridge. Turn left into A3212 Grosvenor Road and continue along by Chelsea Embankment unit the road bears right. Follow this road straight along until you get to the fourth major junction (sign posted A4 The West) and turn left.
Continue along the A4, past a BP garage on your left and take the left slip road (do not go over the flyover). This will bring you out into Hammersmith Broadway, take the first exit on your left and this will take you into Fulham Palace Road.
Travel south along Fulham Palace Road through traffic lights (Shell garage on right). As you travel south with cemetery on your left there will be stewards on the right between Inglethorpe Street and Harbord Street.
South: From the M3 continue to the end where it becomes the A316. Follow the A316 towards Central London and you will join the A4. Take the slip road directed for Hammersmith.

PARKING INFORMATIONCar parking: The streets surrounding Craven Cottage are extremely limited and access on a matchday is restricted by a Traffic Management Order. There is a one-hour maximum stay policy for non-residential pay and display visitors between 9am and 9.30pm on all Monday to Sunday matchdays.

Away Coach Parking: There will be no coach parking in Stevenage Road. All supporter coaches will be parked in Fulham Palace Road SW6, North of Inglethorpe Street which is a 5-minute walk to the stadium. Coaches are to arrive no earlier than two hours before kick-off or later than one hour before kick-off. Stewards will be present to assist with parking arrangements.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT INFORMATIONPlease be advised to check your chosen travel provider ahead of your journey due to any unforeseen circumstances.
Train: The closest mainline railway station to Craven Cottage is Putney Railway Station located on Putney High Street south of the River Thames. (Zone 2&3) of the District Line. The distance from Craven Cottage is 1.2 miles and estimated to be around a 20 to 35-minute walk from the stadium passing many shops, bars and cash machine facilities.
The station can be easily reached by train from other rail connections, including Clapham Junction five minutes away and Waterloo 13 minutes away.
Underground: Fulham Broadway is not the closest underground station to the stadium. It is approximately a 20 to 40-minute walk from the stadium, located around 1.3 miles away. Fulham Broadway is found on (Zone 2) of the District Line.
Where possible, supporters wanting to board district line services should use Putney Bridge Station, a 10-20-minute walk from the stadium, located around 0.7 miles away from Craven Cottage (Zone 2) on the District Line.
STADIUM INFORMATIONFood and refreshments: There is a range of catering outlets inside the stadium and food & drink is available when the ground opens 90-minutes prior to kick-off.
Please be advised catering units will stop serving alcohol 10-minutes before to kick-off and resume 15-minutes before half-time.
ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATIONAccessible toilets: Please be advised all accesssible toilets with in the stadium are RADAR key fitted.
Food and refreshments: The stadium’s catering team provide an in-seat order service to fans in assessible areas. Please ask your nearest steward for an order form.
Access stewards: There should be four access stewards per stand and they can be identified by their purple jackets.

SAFETY ANNOUNCEMENT Possession or use of pyrotechnics
Everton Football Club does not condone the use of pyrotechnics under any circumstances. Any fan found using them will be subject to action by the Club and police. Away clubs use various techniques to detect the possession and use of pyrotechnics. Any person found in possession of such items are liable to arrest which could result in a criminal conviction and subsequent football ban.
Concourse anti-social behaviour
This season has seen an increase involving a small group of fans becoming involved in anti-social behaviour (beer throwing) within Club concourses. This does result in many fellow fans half time social activity being ruined by the actions of the small minority. Such action can result in ejection from the stadium or in the case more serious incidents an arrest and subsequent football ban.
