Is Martinez going to play the same players? Does a bear s##t in the woods ? If he does change the team it may be a good sign I hsve lost all optimism against whoever we play It should be a good game though There is a lot to play for We should be positive until there are good reasons not to be.

Everton FC v Dynamo Kiev: Ref Carballo has shown 145 yellows this seasonSpanish official averages over six bookings per game, so expect a bit of a cardfest at Goodison this evening
FC Utrecht v Celtic UEFA Europa League Play-Off Second Leg 26/8/10. Referee Carlos Velasco Carballo shows Celtic's Lukasz Zaluska (R) a yellow card. Referee Carlos Velasco Carballo who is taking charge of tonight’s Europa League clash between Everton FC and Dynamo Kiev at Goodison Park has shown an incredible 145 yellow cards so far this season. The Spanish whistle-blower averages a staggering 6.3 bookings per game and during Athletic Bilbao’s La Liga clash with Eibar back in September, he cautioned a total of 11 players – half of those on the pitch. He has also yellow carded 10 players in a game on two other separate occasions this season when EIbar hosted Valencia in December and when Real Sociedad played Villarreal in the Copa del Rey. It was on that occasion that Carballo sent former Blues boss David Moyes to the stand and it was the second of a three-game sequence in which he sent off players in consecutive matches. The 43-year-old has also booked nine players in a game in three out of his last five matches. To put Carballo’s penchant for writing in his notebook into context, Hampshire’s Keith Stroud has booked the most players of any Premier League referee (142). Over his 31 games the average is 4.6 per game. At the other end of the scale Stuart Attwell of Warwickshire has made just 73 bookings in 30 matches (2.4 per game). A qualified industrial engineer, the usually card happy Carballo ironically was criticised for his lenient handling of Brazil v Colombia in the quarter-finals of last summer’s World Cup when he booked just four players in a game that included a tournament record 54 fouls.
