Aaron Lennon's move to Hull City OFF as Spurs winger turns down switchThe two clubs had agreed a loan transfer for the wide man with a view to a permanent £7 million deal in the summer, but talks have broken down Aaron Lennon's proposed Deadline Day move from Tottenham to Hull is OFF. The winger looked set to seal a switch to Humberside for the rest of the season, with a view to a permanent £7million deal in the summer, should the Tigers retain their Premier League status. However, talks appear to have broken down between Lennon and the Premier League strugglers, and he will not be making the move before tonight's 11pm deadline. The news could alert Everton, Swansea, Stoke and Sunderland, who have all shown interest in the player.

Does this mean his head has been turned by Everton?

I wouldn't want to be spending 7 million on a player who can't get a game in a rival team. His best days are well behind him, and if we swap him for Mirallas I won't be happy.

I'm not sure on him. Sometimes I think he's electric other times he's OK. I'd rather get him on loan and decide after that.
