We have loads of players who are going to be away so hope we don't get any needless injuries like we saw with Darron Gibson.

We have loads of players who are going to be away so hope we don't get any needless injuries like we saw with Darron Gibson. I see no reason to be having friendlies right at the beginning of the season. It infuriates me every year but nothing gets done. As for England, I'm not in the pro Hodgson camp, and think he is too much of an FA man to be England boss. It's one thing putting new players into the team, but when I last played any competitive sport you had to be the 'best' to represent your country. It's becoming a farce.
