Everton made a big leap last season in the Premier League. They earned their highest point total in club history, flirted with Champions League qualification and, for good measure, finished ahead of Manchester United and former boss David Moyes. Now, they honour the man who helped them reach these heights in a big way—literally. Everton are paying tribute to Roberto Martinez with a giant mural of the Spaniard on the side of Goodison Park. The message reads, "Solo Lo Mejor," which is Spanish for "Only The Best," the Toffees' motto.

Not sure how I feel about this to be honest. Seasons = 1 Trophies = 0 Moyes was here 11 years, achieved Wembley, Europa, Champions league, and built the team that Martinez has been managing, yet we have a new manager and we create a shrine? HalewoodBlue will have a heart attack.

It does look like something from North Korea I'll say that much. Loads of blues unhappy.
