Moise Kean has apologised to Marco Silva for breaching Everton club rules. Kean was a notable absentee from the Blues’ match day squad for last weekend’s win over Southampton, which was alluded to by Silva as a tactical decision. However it has since emerged that the Italy international had been omitted for the trip to St Mary’s for turning up late to a team meeting ahead of the game. It is understood to be the second time Kean has failed to arrive on time for a meeting since making a £29 million move from Juventus last summer. Roberto Mancini overlooked him for Italy’s Euro 2020 qualifiers in September for a similar issue with punctuality during the European under-21 Championships. But Everton already consider the matter closed after the 19-year-old apologised to both Silva and his teammates for his lateness to the team meeting. [His reaction was] really good,” Silva said after the game, when asked about the decision to omit Kean. “For sure, he will react stronger the next training sessions when he will be with us. “Moise is working really hard. He is a young boy with a very good quality as well, doing his best to adapt as fast as we can to a different football as well. “He has all of my support and my staff and his team-mates to keep growing. “For sure he will do that and in some weeks and some months you will see Moise in a better level for sure.”

I don't read to much in to this, but what I 'will' say is that he's been given an opportunity here, and he has to make the most of it.
