Everton Ladies will run out at Goodison Park later this month – and entry is free for all Blues. The Toffees host Yeovil Town in their WSL 1 fixture on Sunday 25 March, with the game switched from their usual home at Halton Stadium in Widnes to the Grand Old Lady. The last time the Blue Girls played at Goodison they ran out 4-0 winners over Watford, a result that helped them close on the Spring Series title. There will also be a Fan Zone before the 2pm kick-off against Yeovil, including face painting, a craft session, DJ, a penalty shootout and inflatables. There will be plenty of food and drink on offer as well. Click here to book your tickets. Ladies skipper Dan Turner hopes to see a bumper crowd at Goodison, telling evertonfc.com: “Like the rest of the girls, I’m obviously really excited to have the opportunity to play at Goodison again. I have played there a few times before and it always adds that little bit extra to the occasion. “I remember the last time we played there we beat Watford 4-0, so the girls will be looking forward to going back. There will be that extra buzz in the changing room before the game but the most important thing of course is to go out there and put on a performance. We can’t let being at Goodison affect us too much because we will be after a result. “That game had a really good crowd and hopefully that will be the case again. The fans have been fantastic with us all season at Halton and hopefully they come out in their numbers and cheer us on to all three points at Goodison. “The Yeovil game is the start of a very tough week for us, with a trip to Sunderland, then facing Bristol. It’s an important one for us so being able to kick that week off at Goodison is very exciting for us.”
