The four West Bromwich Albion players accused of stealing a taxi in Barcelona are set to escape any police action in Spain but face a combined club fine worth £450,000.
Jonny Evans, Gareth Barry, Jake Livermore, and Boaz Myhill — the so-called Cab Four — apologised for breaking curfew on a night out during West Brom's training camp last week.
It was thought the quartet might have to go through the local courts after allegedly leaving the taxi driver stranded at a McDonald's to get back to their hotel in the early hours of Thursday.
