Here’s a sight to bring a smile to the faces of Evertonians. Seamus Coleman has stepped up his rehabilitation from a broken leg by working outdoors at USM Finch Farm. The defender went through running exercises with Club medical staff at the Blues' training ground as he continues his recovery. The popular Irishman suffered the injury while skippering his country in a World Cup qualifier against Wales in Dublin back in March. Coleman this week donated £7,680 to Everton In The Community’s Home Is Where The Heart Is Campaign after fans cycled 230 miles from Sligo to Goodison in June to help raise funds. The donation helped hit the target of £60,000 – the same amount the Blues paid for Coleman when he joined from Sligo Rovers in 2009.

Sam Allardyce has confirmed Seamus Coleman has returned to Everton training, 10 months after he broke his leg playing for Republic of Ireland.
Coleman was representing his country in a World Cup Qualifier against Wales in Dublin when he suffered the injury after a tackle from Welsh defender Neil Taylor.
Allardyce was speaking at the Everton general meeting in Liverpool on Tuesday night when he said: "Seamus Coleman is due back. He has started training."
