If we don't make a good fist of it this season , then we possibly have to face the reality of never really breaking through. We have spent the money early , so everyone should be knitted together before the Premiership starts , so this season is a massive one for Everton. My sentiments entirely rugbytoffee.

We seriously have to finish in the top 6 it's got to be the bare mimimum.

well we were 8 points adrift of 6th last season so with a top striker coming in as essential , then we should manage it but this is everton!!!!

I think Rooney could be key , he still has a great deal to offer , and just could be the difference. We need to be more goal productive throughout the team , to replace Lukaku's goals.

Even today against an African team we didn't create much, and I know it's preseason but they're still fitter than the others.
