30M?! That's a hell of a lot of money! I'm not sure he's worth it but I'll get behind him. We laid 2 young keepers off last week, and don't see any benefit in keeping both Stek and Robles, so we might see another come in, who knows. I'd keep Robles as back up but at 26 I can understand if he decided his future lay somewhere else.

I appreciate it's hard, but they're getting big wages, playing or bench, so I don't think the term 'back up' should apply. The top teams have 2 good Keepers. Robles has some ability but he seems a bit scatter brained. Stek has not had a good season, so can't see him being good enough.

He'll want to play on a regular bases rather than the odd cup game. I'd stick around for one more season at least, if I was him. There will be a lot of games this season, especially cup games if we qualify for Europe. I can see a lot of decisions being delayed until the last minute.
