International football is so boring? Has anyone really been interested in it? From around 1990 - 2006 I guess I really thought England would be successful but they never did. At least during those years they had a good side now they're just awful.

England will wear their third-choice red kit against Scotland on Saturday after a row with FIFA over strip clashes.
Football's world governing body have decided England's traditional first-choice kit clashes with Scotland's blue strip because it has white sleeves.
England's new second kit is all-blue, which clearly they cannot wear, so they have been forced to revert back to an older red strip worn twice since the European Championships in 2016. It comes after an already held dispute over the match's kick-off time, which is 5pm live on Sky Sports 1HD, following a request from Scottish police to have it moved.

Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy has been forced to withdraw from England’s squad to face Scotland in their World Cup qualifier at Hampden Park on Saturday.
Vardy, who scored 16 goals for the Foxes last season across all competition, sustained a minor injury in training and will also miss the Three Lions’ friendly showdown with France in Paris on Tuesday.
“Jamie Vardy has left the England squad as a precaution after picking up a minor injury in training St George’s Park yesterday,” read a Football Association statement.
“The Leicester City striker won’t play a part in either Saturday’s World Cup qualifier in Scotland or Tuesday’s trip to France. No further players are due to be added to the squad at this moment in time.”

At least during those years they had a good side now they're just awful. I like the World Cup finals, but the rest of it I find is a pain in the backside as it constantly disrupts the league, which in turn disrupts the website.
