Cheers Ross. I think it's a concern that we can't play away from home. Same environment, and players' minds should be focused on the game, so why the mental block? I think our away form is being overplayed a bit in the media, although I know what the stats say. No one doubted our away form at United. I don't think there's anything fundamentally wrong, it's a trend which is less than helpful of course, and not turning up at all at Spurs or Liverpool was awful, but equally, dare I say it, we were outdone by two better sides on the day.

We can dismiss it, but the key to winning the league / Cups / Top 4 is to improve it. Being unable to beat struggling teams is another thing we have to improve on. For some reason, we don't get fired up for the lesser games, and you can see the difference on the pitch.

Oh I agree entirely Av, the disasters at Watford, Burnley, Bournemouth and Southampton, and the needless draw at Middlesbrough, let alone this West Ham match, are more galling than Liverpool or Chelsea. But both need to improve! It's just at the moment, the media is focusing on it, and it's a broader issue than just recent form.

Davis looked knackered Lukaku uninterested (again) Barkley huffed and puffed Mirallas - did he play? Holgate is no Coleman going forward. All in all a pretty depressing performance and Koeman needs to kick some asses. Besic for Gueuye , Lookman or Valencia for Davis v Chelski Another great write up rosscrombie That just about summed it up.
