Head Of Performance
Richard Evans - Profile (No longer at Everton)
Richard Evans joined Everton in the summer of 2013 as one of a number of former Wigan staff brought to the club by Roberto Martinez.
He had previously been head physio at Swansea, working with the Spaniard when he was a player and as manager.
Evans is involved in both physiotherapy and sports science, meaning he's tasked with preparing and maintaining the fitness of the Everton squad.
This involves managing the ongoing fitness programmes for the first team squad and overseeing injured players' rehabilitation. He will also be visible on the touchline on matchdays.
He holds degrees in both physiotherapy and sports science.
Richard left Everton after Roberto Martinez was sacked at the end of the 2015-16 season.
