Everton completed the signing of England Under-18 midfielder Dennis Adeniran from Fulham on deadline day of the 2017 summer transfer window.

After making an impressive start for the Blues' Under-23 side Adeniran saw his season curtailed due to injury. It was a cruel blow for a player boss David Unsworth said "was flying" but, having made a full recovery, he has swiftly got back up to speed in the 2018-19 campaign - producing a series of combative, energetic displays in the middle of the park.

In his time at Fulham, Adeniran made five appearances for the Cottagers’ first team and scored on his professional debut in a League Cup match at Leyton Orient in 2016.

He also played for England at the European Under-17 Championship the same year, when the Young Lions reached the quarter finals.

The Londoner joined Fulham as a 12-year-old and it was there where he converted from a striker to a central midfielder.

Adeniran did not lose his nose for goal, however. In addition to his first-team strike, he also scored five times for Fulham’s Under-23s in 2016/17.

On 25th September 2020, Everton announced that Dennis had joined Wycombe Wanderers on loan for the 2020-21 season.

Dennis left Everton at the end of the 2020-21 season, and in July 2021, signed for Sheffield Wednesday.

Good luck for the future from all at Love Everton.
