An Arsenal Centre of Excellence graduate, the lively forward is an instinctive finisher with excellent movement and capable of scoring with either foot.
Chloe captained England at under-17 level and has been capped more than 20 times for her country.
She signed for Everton on a short term loan on 30th June 2016.
Chloe returned to Arsenal at the end of the season and signed a new deal.
*However, on 30th July 2017 it was announced she had returned to Everton for a further season long loan.
Delighted Kelly said “I had a really good loan spell here last time, but it could have been even better."

On 25th January 2018, it was announced that Chloe had signed a permanent deal with Everton Ladies until the summer of 2020.
On Friday 19th June, Everton Women announced that Chloe had decided not to renew her contract, and left the club, subsequently signing a 2 year contract with Man City a few weeks later.
